Scimitar Horned Oryx
The scimitar-horned oryx, named for its scimitar-shaped horns, weighs up to 480 lbs. The scimitar-horned oryx inhabits sub-desert lands witch makes it a perfect animal to introduce to Texas brush. The oryx thrive on the various plants and open terrain at our ranch. They are big majestic animals that fill the freezer and make beautiful trophies. Choke Canyon Catfish
Enjoy a weekend or just a fun filled day on the beautiful Choke Canyon Reservoir. This South Texas Lake is full of monster catfish and bass. Our experienced guide will put you on some of the best catfish in Texas. Choke Canyon is located only minutes from the Frijolia Ranch and if you love to fish and fill the freezer this is truly a great time.
